Why does Japanese Cell phones have to do CPR ?
ANS: The Dynamic TMSI is causing these phones losing signal and CPR is needed to be performed.
It depends on locations. Some places don't happen often.

1. The phone right now, it is "OUT (圈外)" No signal at all.  (at 2:30)
2. Pull out your Simcard and Hypercard both, Put them into a Regular GSM phone.
3. Power Up the Regular GSM phone, till it gets signal. (Try to make a call, see if its working first)
4. Pull out both your simcard and Hypercard from Regular GSM phone, Put both of them back into your Japanese phone.
5. Wait till the phone boots up, around within a minute, Signal is back.

PS. if you have tried simcard and hypercard in your regular GSM phone, and it doesn't work in the Regular GSM phone.
That means the Hypercard is damaged. Or Hypercard is not compatible with you simcard.
