From Japan, We Offer EMS Speedpost (Safest and Fastest):
EMS Speedpost is the local courier shipment solution from Japan post. The
delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS
Speedpost shipments are extremely safe and usually take only around 2 to 4 business days to
reach your destination after shipped out. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments.
While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can
track their parcels online at www.post.japanpost.jp/english/ems/ems.html as long
as the shipment is still in Japan and via the local delivery company once the
destination country has been reached. Here are some examples of how to track EMS

Please bear in mind that the online tracking will only work once the shipment
has already reached your country, which usually occurs within 1-2 days after the
actual shipping date.

1. Does shipping charge cover tracking number and insurance?
Shipping charge includes tracking number (all orders) and insurance (orders over
$150 only). If the order is damaged or lost during transit, you will need to use
the tracking number provided by us and contact your local post system for
reimbursement. Echigoya Honpo is not responsible for goods delivered to the
wrong address due to address or EMS errors.
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
You should generally receive your order within a 7-12 day period. An email will
be sent to you when the order is shipped along with a tracking number. You may
track your order at http://www.canadapost.com , http://www.usps.com, or http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html.
Delivery is to be shipped by air and to be delivered to your Local Pick Station. Time of
delivery is EMS: 5~7 days on average worldwide. Our recommendation
is to use EMS as they are cost efficient, fast, and reliable.
3. What should I do if my package is stolen/lost/damaged?
Echigoya Honpo cannot be held responsible for unexpected incidents that occur
after the order is shipped. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged during
freight, please use the tracking number (which contains insurance information)
we supplied and contact the shipping carrier for reimbursement.
Shipping/Packaging information for insurance claim purposes will also be
provided upon request.
4. How is my shipping charge calculated?
Cost of shipping is based on your order's total weight. To see the total cost of
your order including shipping, please add the product(s) onto your shopping cart
and proceed to the checkout page. You will see the total cost including
shipping. The minimum shipping charge is $10 (through EMS Speedpost via Air. At
Echigoya Honpo, there is no handling fee.
5. Why is my order delayed?
There are couple reasons might cause delay. Stock ability, Holidays, High
traffic of PO processing and payment
delay. We do not responsible for these delay reasons. We might not be able to process your order if we don't have the product(s)
in Stock. Customer will be noticed by E-mail before hand and get full refund.
Post Office of Japan doesn't work during Weekends. We will process your order
only if we have your 30% deposit or Full Payment cleared.
6. About Custom Charges
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your
local customs office or check their website for more information. Additionally,
when ordering from Echigoya-Honpo.com, you are considered the importer of record
and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are
receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you
care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like
our international customers and to be aware that cross-border shipments are
subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as
titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated
by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance
and comply with local laws.
Return Policies For Cell Phones
Each Items is individually tested to assure its
quality and performance before shipment or release. No refund is allowed. Any
shipping exchanges will be borne by the customer. Exchanges will only be allow
within 7 days of receipt of original purchase.
Warranty For Cell Phones
All of our products carry a 1 year Manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. To
have your Electronics equipment serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you
will need to send the product, along with its warranty card, back to us.
Shipping Fee TO Echigoya-Honpo will be covered by customer. Please email us
before you send your unit for repair/exchange.
Each Cell phone comes with 1 yr
manufactory warranty from Japan, please contact Products Manufacturer for more
information, our company held ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for this warranty. Changing any component and/or opening or
modifying case will void the warranty. Availability of replacement parts and
turn around time for any repairs/replacement varies by the original part
manufacturer.

What is your return policy?
All Sales are Final
Echigoya-Honpo sells rare Japanese products and ships directly from our
warehouse in Tokyo, Osaka Cities of Japan. We do not sell used or refurbished
items and therefore we cannot accept non-defective product returns.
7-day Return Policy on all Electronics (related accessory
sales excluded).
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manual, warranty
card included. All items incur a 15% restocking fee and $5 processing fee.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to our
warehouse in Tokyo, Osaka Cities of Japan. Refund will consist of unit price
only, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must
contact us with the
request to return and notify us the precise condition of the item being returned
before we issue a RMA for the return. Returns that do not meet the above
conditions may be refused or disregarded. Unauthorized returns may be refused or
disregarded.
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled and refunded without penalty if the order has not
been processed or shipped.

you would like to cancel your order (we usually ship out your order in about 5-
7 business days).
